The world’s first aqua aerobic workout for parents with their child!

 

Developed by the World Wide ‘Aquababies Global’, this is a 30 minute aqua-based work out program for parent and child which is delivered in a small class environment.

 

 

It is designed to improve parents’ fitness with babies held close in the water. The program is comprised of a series of moderately paced, low impact and fat-burning aqua aerobic exercises for the parents that integrate with elements of the tried and tested Aquababies swimming programme.

 

Including nursery rhymes and with distractions on hand, this will keep your little ones entertained while you undertake a gentle workout.

 

The programme has been endorsed by YMCA and EMDUK, the UK Exercise Music Governing Bodies.
